All fees will depend on the “tailor-made” program parents choose and will be quoted and invoiced in Vietnamese Dong and payable in advance.

The schedule of fees for the school year 2024/ 2025 are based on 183 annual school days (Terms & Conditions).

SmartKids has a partnership with the EIS (European Int’l School) and AIS (Australian Int’l School) and as a result graduating SmartKids Children will have priority in enrolment and will get 50% of the acceptance fee waived/ discounted.

Parents should always talk to SmartKids management when considering a move to the EIS or AIS, this way SmartKids can assist with such a move so parents should not worry about their transition to primary.

Final acceptance is always at the discretion of the Head of School/ Principal of EIS/AIS.

ENROLMENT FEE

A one-time non-refundable Enrolment Fee of VND 27,000,000 is payable when the offer of a school place is accepted. This offer is only valid for three (03) weeks.
The school place is not confirmed until the Enrolment Fee has been paid.
There is no Enrolment Fee for the PlayGroup

SmartKids accepts enrolments throughout the year and there are NO extra/ penalty charges for late enrolment the tuition fee will be charged pro-rata of the days used.
Similar, program upgrades during the school year will face a pro-rata charge of the days used of the latest program.

Family / Loyalty Discount
A Family / Loyalty discount is applicable on Tuition Fees for the enrolment of their
2nd child (5%) or 3rd Child (10%). This discount  does not apply for PlayGroup children.

Early Bird Discount
An Early Bird Discount of 1.5% is only applicable for payment of annual tuition fees before  15th May 2024

Tuition fees not paid by the respective due date will automatically have all discounts (if any) removed. Additionally, the remaining unpaid fees after the due date will have a 15% penalty added to the outstanding balance.
In the event of non-payment of the Tuition Fees, the school has the right to refuse to accept the child into the school.

The Late Pick-up Charge is extended to parents who are unable to pick up their child on time. This time is available until 5 pm.
Late Pick-Up Charge will be automatically collected when parents eventually pick up their children, and is to be paid cash upon pick-up.
Half Hourly Rate: 150,000 VND.

All payments can be made by cash or bank transfer, whereas the payer is liable for all banking related charges.
According to the tax regulations, as educational institution we are NOT subject to VAT, meaning our Red Invoices are without VAT.
Parents must fill in the Red Invoice Data in the admission form.

According to the tax authorities the tuition fees for children of foreign employees from preschool to high school, which is paid by the employer on their behalf is exempted from Personal Income Taxation

Tip:
When comparing fees between different schools, always check:

• on “hidden” add-on cost such as uniforms, lunch expenses, capital development fees etc.,
• fee structure for the next year. (SmartKids has vertical classes covering different ages, whereas other schools charge different fees per age group. SmartKids tries to include as many extra services into our tuition fees, wherever possible)

All our classrooms are equipped with Air- purifiers.
