Enrolment of Program

The Head of International Child Care Centre will make the final decision on the placement of the child according the space availability and in principle its age. However the child’s personality and ability is taken in consideration to place the child at him/her best suitable level. This will be done in close counseling with the parents. 

Registration Fee

The registration fee is a non-refundable fee payable upon the mutual acceptance of the admission agreement. The registration fee is paid only once per ongoing registration. Should you terminate the registration and at later date wish to re-enroll, a new registration fee is to be paid.

Tuition Fee

Tuition fees can be paid on an annual basis or on term basis. If a child is enrolled after a term has started, the tuition fees will be pro-rated according the commencement date and the contractual engagement.

Tuition Fee Refund

Parents are held by a termination period of 8 weeks, after hand delivered and written notification and are responsible for payment of tuition fees for this 8-week period.
Any access of fees will be refunded to the parents.

Payment Terms

Fees are payable in advance, with a payment term of 15 days upon receipt of the invoice. Late payments will be charged with a 0.02% interest rate and will result in exclusion of the child’s attendance.
SmartKids will engage into a contract with the parents, therefore the parents will be sole responsible for the fee settlement. If applicable parents need to seek reimbursement from their employer.
